> I reserve the right to refuse a commission without explaining the reason.> Please provide me an idea of what you'd like including visual references of all the details to be included in the artwork. (Example: character features, fur patterns, accesories, clothes, etc.)> You must be +18 years old to order a commission.> Commissions must be payed in full upfront, meaning you pay First and then I draw the artwork.> Payments are USD currency and only through PayPal.

• Hateful messages and Insults
• Patriotic / Nationalist messages
• Complex Mechanical or Robotic characters / Complex Armour / Complex Weapons / Extremely detailed Gadgets, etc.>You may not remove my signature from the piece, reproduce, heavily edit or take credit for the artwork without my consent.(Of course you can edit the drawing like putting on a filter or changing the brightness and color, that's no problem)
> ⚠️ Please commission me only if you can afford it, I will offer refunds only if we are in the very early stages of the drawing such as "Rough sketch" and "Sketch", refunds after these stages will be done PARTIALLY –example: when the drawing is already lined or colored and the clients cancels the order.> You may use commissioned artwork for:
• Profile Picture
• Banner / Header
• Posts on any social media platform giving me proper credit via tagging me (@Alibi_47) or adding a link to my social medias (Twitter or Instagram works fine)•Prints for yourself without commercial purposes, such as:
• Stickers
• Posters
• Paper prints
• And so on...> I will only make big changes during the revision of the sketch (like anatomy, clothing and accessories etc), please make sure you're satisfied with it before we move onto the next steps of the commission (lineart, coloring and shading).> I reserve the right to post and exhibit the commissioned artwork anywhere online and in real life.If you have any other questions feel free to message me and I'll gladly help you.Thank you for reading my TOS and for considering my art, it means a lot to me.
